What is speech pathology?

Speech Pathology is all about helping people communicate and connect. Speech pathologists work with children and adults to support their speech, language, and communication skills, as well as feeding and swallowing skills.

For children, this might mean helping them learn to say sounds clearly, develop their language skills, use mouth words or alternative communication systems (like AAC) to express themselves, or build confidence in social communication.

At its heart, speech pathology is about giving every individual the tools and confidence to share their thoughts, needs, and ideas with the world, in whatever way works best for them.

Telehealth

Telehealth makes speech therapy easy, comfortable, and convenient. Your child can join sessions from home, where they often feel most relaxed and confident. It saves you travel time, fits more easily into busy schedules, and still provides the same warm, engaging, and effective support your child would receive in person.

All you need is an internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.
